Golfers Elbow
Golfer's elbow, baseball elbow, suitcase elbow, and forehand tennis elbow are all terms used to describe medial epicondylitis. It's characterised by pain on the inside (medial side) of the elbow from the elbow to the wrist. Damage to the tendons that bend the wrist toward the palm causes the pain. Tendons are tough tissue cords that connect muscles to bones.
