Physiotherapy with Emphasis on Excersises

Physiotherapy with Emphasis on Excersises

Physiotherapy with Emphasis on Exercises or Physioprophylaxis is a risk-prevention strategy for developmental and lifestyle illnesses, the ageing process, and disabilities that includes ergonomic daily and professional activities, systematic physical exercise, pro-health behaviours, and behaviours that strengthen pro-health variables. It is a new and effective prophylactic option in the health-care system for the prevention of ever-increasing health concerns. Physioprophylaxis has formally entered the law, educational standards, and the professional practise of most physiotherapists as a health need and medical treatment.

On the other hand, one of a physiotherapist's professional goals is to promote the health and well-being of people and the general public by emphasising the value of physical activity and exercise. The goal of this paper is to provide an example of physioprophylaxis combined with health promotion. The authors decided to demonstrate the different forms, means, and methods of its impact on health education, risk prevention, and health policy.
